Strategic plan


Through the identification of strategic objectives, the MANN seeks to identify the most significant results it wants to achieve over the next few years. Therefore, the strategic objectives, as described below, appear to be in harmony with the mission of the Museum and in line with the values identified as essential by its Directorate. In a picture of overall strategic consistency, five main lines of action are identified. They are relevant to Building and Collections, Services, Audience Development, Visibility and Digital Solutions. Each of them is subdivided into operating sub-objectives, placed temporarily in the period 2016-2019 and connected with the Values of the Museum.
