Transparent administration

New rules on advertising liabilities, transparency and spreading of information of Public Administration

The decree that consists of 53 items and an enclosure, by means of which the principles of transparency are dictated, has been in force since April 20th 2013. Transparency, as defined by item n.1 of the decree, is to be meant as complete accessibility to the information related to organization and activities of public administrations, in order to favour several ways of control over the pursuit of institutional functions and the use of public resources as security for individual and collective freedom, as well as for civil, political and social rights, combining law with a good administration and contributing to an open administration at the service of citizens.
