Mr Francesco Tei, director of the Department of Agriculture and Food Sciences of the University of Perugia, the starred chef Paolo Gramaglia and Mr Vittorio Camorri of Terretrusche will give life to a tasting of different dishes dating back to the ancient Pompeii (by Gramaglia), with courses cooked following the original recipes of that period, a journey through time thanks to the tastes and smells of Roman culture.
The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of vintage wines of Terretrusche.
